It's been a long time since Aidan has worked behind the bar, but he had to fill in for a lot of his staff. Two of his bartenders, Rose and Danica, are getting married this weekend in Las Vegas and that meant that most of the rest of the bartending staff would go as well. Not only does he have to fill in, but Killian is filling in as well. It's been a long time since he worked with him too, so this will be an adjustment.

The good news is that the dancers are still there and dancing, so they will be able to be entertained throughout their shift.

"Troubles?" He asks as they get back to the bar and it's around this time that Aidan has gone off with Jason.

"He was just asking about what was going on with me being behind the bar with you."

"Ah, so he wanted to know what was going on with us specifically because I hate to think that your new boyfriend isn't dumb enough not to know what bartending is."

"So it would seem, and we're not in a relationship. We're roommates with some rather nice benefits attached."

"You say that, but I don't think you mean it. I don't think that Adam believes that either. You need to have a conversation about what you really mean to each other." He says as he starts working.

Bryce starts to work as well. "We've already talked about that stuff," he says as he flashes his winning smile to a customer as he gives her the drink she ordered.

He moves around Bryce to get a couple more glasses before he whispers, "Well, your not so boyfriend is acting like a jealous boyfriend and he's giving me a dirty look right now."

He brushes past him again so that Bryce can see the kid doing that. And again. He doesn't remember this kid's name. Adam or Alex? He doesn't care.

My fault. Changing his name halfway through has now fucked me up.

Alex has stopped dancing for the moment so he can look at them since this is the part where they are all on the platforms and dancing for tips in nothing but underwear.

"So I see," he says after a moment. "He should know better than to be jealous."

"You are the ultimate catch here, Bryce. I think that he just staked his territory even though you will and will always be the bachelor.

Besides, we haven't even given him anything to be jealous of."

"We don't have to give him anything. He already knows how I feel about you."

"Yes, but does he know how you feel about him?" He asks.

He smiles, "How do you feel about me, by the way."

"We've discussed it, more or less."

He looks at Killian. "I know you already know how I've felt about you for quite some time."

Bryce looks at him with a twinkle in his eye. "I'll keep that in mind."

"LAST CALL" He announces to the group as the dancers get the last of the cash and come over to the bar for last call.

Which leaves them both busy until the last customer gets their drinks, and then they're cleaning things up.

Alex sits on the stool and waits like he usually does for Bryce, only it is longer because he's with Killian. "Do you want to get something to eat after this?" He asks him.

"Sure. What about that all night diner that's a few blocks down? They have really good omlettes," he says as he wipes down the bar.

He nods, "That sounds good."

He turns to look at Killian, "What about you?"

"What about me?"

"Would you like to come and eat with us?"

Killian looks at the kid like he has two heads...

"I really should get home, I think..."

"I promise we'll just have an early breakfast and we won't attempt to molest you or anything, no matter how much fun that might be."

"Are you sure that you want me to come along?" He asks.

Alex nods, "Sure. I don't know about you guys, but I'm starving."

Killian nods, "Well, I suppose that would be okay. I'm game."

"You do need to get out of the house a bit more often, Killian. Breakfast is as good a place to start as any, especially since your little one is likely asleep."

"I'm game." He says as everyone clears out and Aidan closes, letting everyone go. He's with Jason so that's okay. Killian goes with Bryce and Alex and hopes this isn't too awkward.
