Halloween Party (backdated like a mofo)

The theme for this year's annual Halloween Bash is Heroes and Villains. The club has been redecorated for the evening, and it seems as though each corner has a different theme. And we're not talking the campy sixties type stuff, but the more recent movies from both Marvel and DC.

One half of the room is DC, complete with areas that look like the Batcave, the Fortress of Solitude, Arkham Asylum, and the Legion of Doom's lair, which has dartboards that have various heroes faces on them.

The other half of the room has the Avenger's Tower, The ship from Guardian's of the Galaxy, a throne in space with Thanos, and Hydra's lair.

They all meet in the middle at the dance floor, which gives off a kind of supernatural glow that seems to throb along with the music.

All the employees are dressed for the theme, as various heroes and villian's sidekicks and henchment.

Let the fun begin!

"Alex? Why would you be jealous of him?"

"You aren't jealous of anyone in my life?" He asks.

Bryce smiles just a bit. "Of course I am, but I never figured you would be jealous of anyone I cared about."

"I think you're underestimating my love proclamation from earlier."

"It's not that I don't think you love me enough, it's just that you've already got Jamie and Kyle and so I didn't figure jealousy would really enter the picture."

"I get jealous of them too. For instance, and no body knows this but you so I expect you to honor our code. I'm jealous of Jamie with Sean or Gabriel."

"I'm giving you examples of jealous and then you question them as if I don't have the right to feel them." He says with a frown, "If you want to know if I'm a hypocrite, then yes. I am. Okay?"

Bryce shakes his head slightly. "I...didn't mean it that way. I was just...curious. I'm sorry if I've offended you."

"It's just..." He sighs, "This whole thing is muddled. Remember when it used to be one for one. One soulmate for One soulmate? One partner. Now, there are several people in our lives and it's...complicated."

Bryce slowly nods. "Yes, it is complicated, but...isn't love something to be embraced?"

He slowly nods. "I can understand, and appreciate that, Killian. I'm just glad you told me now, because you already know I've loved you for quite some time now."
