Lucifer steps to the middle of the room and surveys the damage, what little of it there is, then walks over to Kyle and puts an arm around him.

"If I may make an observation, it appears that the people who agreed to sacrifice themselves for the ones they love aren't being appreciated in the way they should. I understand the initial shock, but how selfish of the rest of you." He shakes his head. "Kyle here probably made the greatest sacrifice for all of you, and all you want to do is shun him.
